What pest control really costs in Charleston
Quarterly plans, termite work, rodents and mosquitoes: the prices we charge, what moves them, and the fees to ask about before you sign.

People call us after getting three quotes that look nothing alike. One is a monthly fee, one is per visit, one hides the first visit in the contract. Here is how our own prices work, so you can compare any quote in a few minutes.
Plans
A quarterly home plan is $129 a visit after a $199 first visit inside and out. In the Lowcountry most houses need four visits a year; homes on the marsh or backing onto woods often do better with a visit every two months, at $99. Re-service between visits should be free. If it is not, ask what it costs.
Termites
The inspection is free. A liquid treatment on a typical 2,000 sq ft house starts at $1,450, a bait system at $1,250, and the bond that keeps you covered renews at $295 a year. Ask whether a bond covers retreatment only or repairs too, and up to what amount.
Rodents, wildlife and mosquitoes
Sealing a house against rats starts at $595, trapping is $325 for three visits, and wildlife removal starts at $375. Mosquito barrier treatments are $79 every 21 days from March to October.
Fees worth asking about
Cancellation fees, a higher price after the first year and charges for re-service visits. We have none of them, and our full price list is on the pricing page.
