$21-$26/hr
Route technician
Pest plan and mosquito routes, a clean driving record
$24-$30/hr
Termite technician
2+ years of termite work, crawlspaces don’t bother you
$52-$64K
Termite inspector
CL-100 experience, SC DPR certified or ready to test
$44-$52K
Office coordinator
Scheduling, renewals and the phones, 8 to 5
$18-$20/hr
Apprentice technician
No experience needed, paid training, truck and gear provided
THREE PROMISES, ON PAPER.
PAY
Published ranges, reviewed every January. Overtime at time and a half, paid weekly, no sales quotas and no door-knocking.
e.g. Route technician, $21-$26/hr
HOURS
Routes run 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday morning a month in season, paid at time and a half.
40 hrs a week, Sundays always off
GROWTH
Paid SC DPR certification and CL-100 training, and a path from apprentice to route technician to termite inspector.
