TERMS.
The short version: the price on your written quote is the price on the invoice, plus only extra work you approved in writing. The rest is detail.
THE QUOTE IS THE PRICE
The written quote names the treatment, the product and the price. If we find something nobody could see, a second colony or an opening behind the siding, we stop and you approve the extra work and its price before we carry on.
PLANS AND RENEWALS
Quarterly plans, mosquito plans and bonds renew at the same price for the first two years. Any change after that comes in writing 60 days before the renewal, and you can cancel instead.
PAYMENT
One-time services are paid when the work is done. Plans are billed per visit, never a year up front. Bonds are billed once a year on the renewal date. Card, ACH or check.
GUARANTEE
Plans: free re-service between visits for as long as the plan runs. Termite bonds: free retreatment if live termites return, repairs only under a repair bond. Rodent exclusion: one year on every seal we install.
CANCELLATION
Cancel a plan any time with no fee; you pay only for visits already made. Cancel a one-time service free until the technician is on the way.
