WHAT WE KEEP
Your name, phone number, the service address, what you told us about the problem, any photos you send and the report from every visit. That is what a technician needs to treat the right place.
WHY WE KEEP IT
To call you back, to schedule visits, to write service reports, to invoice, to renew plans and bonds, and to honor the guarantee. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
The technician on your route, the office team that schedules the visits and our accountant. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Quotes for two years. Service reports, treatment records and bond paperwork for as long as the bond runs plus three years, because state rules and home sales ask for them. After that they are deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to service@halyardpest.com and you get an answer within 30 days.
